Cuis Base Directories

Cuis comes with a collection of preset directories, with accessors in the DirectoryEntry class side. Some of these directories can be adjusted, from the Cuis system itself or from its start-up sequence in the shell with command options.

The two most important directories are cuisBaseDirectory and userBaseDirectory. A lot of the other, but not all, depend on these two ones. For clarity, in the section titles below, the append Directory was removed.
