Minecraft Mineralogy: Update for Minecraft 1.10.2

Last release by cyanobacterium. Port to 1.10.2

Updated 10/30/2017 with x128 hotfix3 (Should fix the sandstone textures)
Note: The resource packs in this release should also work for all MC releases from 1.9.0.
