The old `MEMORY.md` has been replaced by a ully functional vector/graph/conflict/keyword search based on sqlite and updated whenever a markdown file is stored. The new `fs.search` tool does a federated search on these. Since some tools generate broken `<tool_call>` we are now fixing those with the help of the LLM - first results are amazing.`
