v0.2.2 — sideload APK

Hobby-beta APK (debug-signed, not Play Store). No Flutter SDK.

All user-facing strings are English. Defaults: 109 LEDs, GPIO 5. Do not pair DarkroomTimer in Android Bluetooth settings — hold Focus 3 seconds → Settings → Scan for devices.

Copy onto an Android 8+ phone from Debian, open the APK, allow Nearby devices.
