Strict Simkl matching
- Match Simkl movies and episodes to Plex only through external IDs.
- Resolve episodes through the exact Plex show GUID plus season and episode coordinates.
- Skip and log unmatched items instead of falling back to ambiguous titles.
- Preserve the v0.5.6 bulk episode-index performance improvements.
This fixes the anime/live-action title collision reported in #255.
Verification
- v0.5.5 and v0.5.6 remain in the release ancestry.
- 10/10 collection, performance, and strict-matching regression tests pass.
- 223 runnable repository tests pass.
- Multi-platform Docker preflight succeeded for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64.
