Built — coming in the next update, with one design rule carried over from history: nothing is bound by default. EQBuddy shipped default hotkeys once (1.12-era) and they silently ate Ctrl+Shift+T from every browser on the machine, so the feature was removed entirely. It returns bind-it-yourself: ⚙ Options → Global hotkeys — click a box, press your combo (a modifier is required so a bare letter can't eat the game's chat typing), ✕ unbinds. The UI says plainly that a bound key is claimed system-wide while EQBuddy runs.

Your two asks map to the five available actions: show/hide all of EQBuddy (the get-out-of-my-way key), and per-window toggles for the zone map, quest tracker, and spawn timers — plus click-through. "Now live" here when it ships; more actions are easy to add once you've lived with these.

Now live in v1.57.0 — ⚙ Options → Global hotkeys. Bind your combos for show/hide-everything, the zone map, quest tracker, spawn timers, and click-through; nothing is bound until you bind it, and ✕ unbinds. If a combo doesn't take, another app already owns it system-wide — pick a different one. More actions are cheap to add now that the plumbing exists; say what you reach for next.

Really enjoying the hotkeys currently implemented but one hotkey that got missed is a hotkey toggle to minimize the dashboard. It would be really great to toggle (minimize the main dashboard) via hotkey.

Good catch — minimize is the one obvious action the list launched without. Toggle minimize/restore is being added to the hotkey actions today (Options → Global hotkeys, same recorder, nothing bound by default as always). Glad the first batch is earning its keys — this thread gets pinged when the new action ships.

Now live in v1.68.0: Minimize / restore the dashboard is in the hotkey actions — Options → Behavior → Global hotkeys, same recorder (which now also explains itself when a bare key needs a modifier). Enjoy the keys!
