I found the mez timers! I run a 4 screen configuration and updating moved it off screen to the corner of my top monitor for some reason. The buff timers are still missing though. |

Glad you found the mez chips — and the way they got to your top monitor's corner is a real bug, now fixed for the next update. Thanks for mentioning the 4-screen setup; that was the key detail. What happened: when EQBuddy relaunches (an update does exactly that) at a moment when your monitor layout looks different to Windows — a display asleep, a remote session, the update racing the driver — the saved chip-stack position gets rejected as "off-screen," the window falls back to a default corner, and then, worse, that fallback got saved over your real position when the window closed. So your parked spot was gone permanently. The fix: a fallback placement is never persisted — only your own drags are. Displays waking back up will find your windows where you actually left them. (Applied to the widget, both chip stacks, and the quests/spawns/timeline windows.) On the buff timers still missing — nothing in 1.70.0 touched that path, so before we chase a ghost, three questions:
If none of those explain it, paste a couple of the cast lines from your log ( |

Now live in v1.72.0: chip windows no longer migrate off-screen when monitor topology changes at launch - a fallback placement is never saved over your parked spot. The buff-timer questions from the earlier reply are still open whenever you have a minute, Snagglefern. |
