Built, coming in the next update. @dandrews2930's merged PR shows per-tab quest-state counts (that's what the linked change added), but you're right that it didn't answer the cross-class question - so now a "★ Ready N" tab appears ahead of the class tabs whenever ANY class has a finished-but-unturned quest: one line per quest across all fourteen classes, each with its turn-in NPC. The tab only exists while something is actually ready, so it doubles as the signal. Thanks bjstrange.
