Release Candidate 4 fix 7 - Stable

Fixed external archive detection/extraction -sorry
I fixed Test of Time music working. The issue was using a builtin path it would refuse to run. Unlike I expected it was not a space issue, subfolder path issue, but a specific subfolder name "MicroProse Software" broke music, "MicroProse" works, "fatjim" works, "fatjim is stupid" works, "C:\Test of Time" works, ffs that error was maddening! ugh! From now on the entire project installs to "MicroProse" instead of "MicroProse Software" sorry for any inconvience, and track Ode To Joy, has to be Ode "to" Joy. lowecase ugh
fix widescreen for civ1
Fixed missing options to actually install, the files were there but the instructions to extract were ommited --whoops.
fixed elsewhere in time "missing files", added addon packs to uninstall, fixed path for mgegfx for Test of Time.

not tested < win 8
not fully tested wine (linux macos bottles)
German patch txt MGE (yawns)
English only for now 👎

addons logic extracting but failing to extract properly to destination -perms?
some serious path issues, fixed the addons installers, fixed the postinstall stuff, removed several path related bugs, fixed civ2mge exe's generations, fix tot music scripts, fix tot nocd for music, missing component of otdvm and xdaemon.dll!!
music plays twice, need to fix exe for uiadditons
possibly overwrite of original and patch files over custom toc will test soon.

Release Candidate 2

So with this release, after over 24hours of work, I made some changes to the core logic, added some new features, and TOCs, as well as began the process to allow addon packs to be installed alongside the installer for scenarios. While I did add some safety checks and streamlined code, I want to mention a few things that drove me insane with frustration:

"xdelta using a %xdelta% enviornmental variable without letting me know; so using a variable of "%delta% broke it every time ugh!"
"echo A|7z.exe doesn't work, so had to remove the pipe and add -y at the end."

would have cut my time by half had i figured it out, bleh!

• 1 known error in a shortcut on startmenu
• 32bit version of lame (mp3s) not using by default
