ontomark-obsidian 0.3.3

Choose a tag to compare

@jjohare jjohare released this 13 Oct 10:57

Engine v0.2.2 and clearer guidance on list-form relations.

  • A relation written as a single quoted link (subclass-of: "[[Animal]]") is still read, and the panel now notes it as info: Obsidian stores a lone value as text, so Bases list filters skip it. Write it as a list. With Bases, a hyphenated property needs note["subclass-of"].contains(this.file.asLink()); the bare form matches nothing. Checked in Obsidian 1.14.4 (see docs/desktop-acceptance.md).
  • Nothing in your notes is changed; assisted ingest already writes link relations as lists.
  • README screenshots retaken from this build, including the in-note SPARQL block and the diagnostics panel.

Engine: v0.2.2 (source 150b42053dd9641163ec4d574c9b21e02c06009e).

SPARQL in a note: an ontomark-sparql code block renders its result live in reading view, with __THIS__ for the note it sits in, [[Note]] for any entity note, and # dataset: combined to include inferences. After Cristian Vasquez's Dot Triples plugin (MIT), with thanks; see ADR-OBS-004. Also: window-scoped timers.

Assisted ingest: Extract facts from this note. Point the plugin at a chat-completions endpoint, enter a key for the session, run the command on a note; review a diff of grounded, quoted facts and the named refusals; apply or cancel. Offline by default: nothing leaves the vault until you set an endpoint, and then only that one URL, only when you run the command.

  • Engine pinned to ontomark v0.2.0 (plan/accept ingest contract, typed-model profile bridge).
  • Session key never written to disk; cleared on unload; a run in flight is aborted on unload; overlapping runs refused.
  • Endpoint contract: absolute http(s), no credentials or fragment; a 3xx reply is refused rather than followed.
  • Installed-Obsidian acceptance on 1.14.4 for every ADR-OBS-003 gate: docs/desktop-acceptance.md.

Install: unzip into <vault>/.obsidian/plugins/ontomark/.

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 11 Oct 21:18

Ontomark brings an explorable ontology graph, local reasoning, SPARQL and reviewed frontmatter edits to Obsidian. It works offline and bundles the same graph renderer used by Narrative Goldmine.

  1. Download ontomark-obsidian-0.1.0.zip below.
  2. Extract it into your vault’s .obsidian/plugins/ folder. The resulting plugin directory is .obsidian/plugins/ontomark/.
  3. Enable Ontomark in Settings → Community plugins. Use the ribbon icon or Open ontology graph.

The ZIP is ready for Linux, including CachyOS. No Node, npm or Rust installation is needed. It includes the runtime files and complete dependency notices. Mobile is not supported.

ZIP SHA-256: d2fac297fb7de6b8ea2e670c4499f17a2ab7f53c6e0980b5270bd7da9fc1fd4b.

Actual Obsidian screenshots show a synthetic vault. Tested in Obsidian 1.14.4 on Linux: indexing, classification, graph search/zoom/focus/inference filtering, keyboard selection and note opening, SPARQL, guarded edits and unload/reload. Hosted checks passed 17 unit, four actual WASM and 40 network-isolated checks. The downloaded release’s runtime files were verified byte-identical to the installed acceptance build.
