DiskWise 1.3 — the numbers finally add up, and one file fits both Macs.
The scan now covers the whole volume instead of the tidy corners of your home folder, and every
arc on the overview ring answers three things: what it is, where it lives, and whether you can
delete it. Nothing big gets counted without a name attached.
- Whole-disk sweep — the sweep walks the entire volume (whitelisted system roots and other
users' homes included) and states how much of your used space it actually measured, naming the
rest: system volumes, admin-only folders, folders blocked on Full Disk Access. - The ring accounts for the volume — top folders + everything else counted + not measured +
purgeable + free = the whole disk, in decimal GB so it matches Finder and About This Mac byte
for byte. The "Other counted" arc is now reconcilable line by line, down to the 100 MB floor. - Every slice is actionable — a row you can't do anything about is now called out as protected
and says why; anything else gets Reveal, Dig in, and a delete path that goes to the Trash. - Select-all that only reaches what it may delete — the six checkbox lists gained a select-all
that skips protected rows, and the Duplicates page's select-all toggles off again. - Intel is covered now — from this release every published DMG is built with
ARCH=universal
(lipo-ed arm64 + x86_64, each slice runs its own self-test before packaging). Earlier releases
shipped an arm64-only file. - Permission prompts you can trust — the Grant access button only appears when a real read of
a protected path actually failed, not because a checkbox in a knowledge base said so. - Plus a UI pass over all eleven screens: page headers, the usage meter, the sidebar, and a language
switch that repaints the standing screen instead of the next one.
Signing / 签名 — ad-hoc signed (no Developer ID, not notarized). The first launch gets blocked;
approve it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. On macOS 13–14 the older
right-click → Open still works; Sequoia removed that shortcut. Homebrew does not bypass any of
this — it installs the very file linked below.
DiskWise 1.3 — 数字终于对得上了，一个包装两种芯片。
扫描不再只看家目录里那几处干净角落，而是覆盖整块卷；总览环形上的每一段现在都要回答三件事：这是
什么、在哪儿、你能不能删。占了大空间又不肯说出名字的行，这一版起不存在了。
- 整盘扫描 —— 覆盖整个卷（含白名单内的系统根目录和其他用户的家目录），并明说自己量到了已用
空间的多少，没量到的部分逐类点名：系统卷、仅管理员可读的目录、被完全磁盘访问权限挡住的目录。 - 环形能对上账 —— 头部目录 + 其他已统计 + 未测量 + 可清除 + 可用 = 整块卷，并且全用十进制
GB，和访达、「关于本机」逐字节一致。「其他已统计」这一块弧现在能逐段摊开核对，连 100 MB
以下的零头都有交代。 - 每一段都可操作 —— 删不掉的那一行会直说是受保护的、以及为什么受保护；其余都有「访达显示」
「进入下一级」，删除一律只进废纸篓。 - 「全选」只勾选真的能让它删的行 —— 六个勾选列表页补上了全选并自动跳过受保护项；重复文件页
的全选现在可以再点取消，且统一到底部清理条。 - 开始支持 Intel —— 从这个版本起，每个发布包都是
ARCH=universal出的（arm64 + x86_64 合并，
打包前两个切片各跑一遍自检）。v1.3 之前的包只有 arm64。 - 授权提示不再瞎报 —— 只有真的去读一个受保护路径且读失败时，才会出现「授予访问权限」按钮。
- 另外全部十一屏都过了一遍版式：页头、用量条、侧边栏，以及切换语言时当场重绘当前屏幕。
签名方式：ad-hoc 签名（无 Developer ID、未公证）。第一次双击会被拦下，然后到
**系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 「仍要打开」**里放行，只需一次。macOS 13–14 上仍可走老办法
（右键 → 打开），Sequoia 起那条捷径已被 Apple 移除。用 Homebrew 装也一样，装的就是下面这个文件。
