To install this addon in Blender:
Download the amh2b_v251.zip file, then install this file in Blender as an Extension:
Open the Edit -> Preferences menu, then choose Get Extensions, use the drop-down menu at the upper right and choose Install from Disk.

Updated to work with Blender 4.2+
