CLI args update

1. Updated Features section - Added timeout and verbose mode

2. Completely rewritten Usage section with:

   • New command-line options documentation
   • Examples using the new flags (-h, -v, -t, -p)
   • Explanation of silent vs verbose modes

3. Updated flag references - Changed from --print / -p to --verbose/-v

4. Added troubleshooting for connection timeout issues

5. Clarified behavior - Server response is only printed in verbose mode, not by default
