⏱️ Configurable delay after chime
You can now customize the waiting time between the end of the chime sound and the beginning of the voice announcement. The default value remains 1.2 seconds, but it can be set from 0 to 10 seconds in steps of 0.1.This may be useful Useful for Google devices.
🔇 Exclude voice announcement at half hours
Added the ability to silence the voice announcement at half hours only, while keeping the chime sound playing. This allows you to freely combine:

🔕 No announcement at half hours (chime + voice both disabled)
🔔 Chime only at half hours (voice disabled)
🔔🗣️ Chime + voice at half hours (full behavior)
