Changes

• Fixed the chunk details not showing on hover when other mods such as Xaero Head Tracker are installed
• Fixed the console scan getting stuck when the server pauses while empty (no players online)
• Fixed a client crash on scan data of an unexpected size; it now reports a failure instead
• The scan progress ring now fills up to 100%
• Scans now have a 2-second cooldown between runs
• Hover details now use the same number format on every system
• Compatibility: unsupported mod versions no longer crash the game on startup; optional dependencies fall back gracefully
• Various performance and stability improvements: faster scanning, cached hover details, less per-frame work
• Documentation, code and repository cleanup

• 修复服务器长时间无人、自动暂停后，控制台扫描一直卡住的问题
• 修复扫描数据大小异常时客户端崩溃的问题，现改为提示失败
• 扫描进度环现在会填满 100%
• 两次扫描之间新增 2 秒冷却
• 悬停详情的数字格式在所有系统上保持一致
• 兼容性：不支持的模组版本不再导致启动崩溃；缺少可选依赖时自动降级
• 若干性能与稳定性优化：扫描更快、悬停详情缓存、每帧开销更低
