glia v0.8.1

Patch on top of the v0.8.0 GUI redesign.

Fixed: shell conversation IDs were millisecond-based and could collide when two conversations were created in the same millisecond. IDs are now unique (timestamp + a short uuid).

Everything from v0.8.0 (modern multi-conversation GUI: persistent sidebar history, Markdown/code rendering, theme toggle, glass-box drawer) carries over. Fresh binaries attached.
