Version 0.11.0

Upon starting a save all Endings unlocked in Archipelago are unlocked in the save as well. This allows continuing where you left if you loose your save or take over from someone else.
The ending above the castle now also triggers Ending 17
The signs at the ultimate door now reveal your settings. The left one tells you how many endings you need and the right one tells you how many gems you need.
