    • Add volume commands: add, default (get+set), list, offline, online, remove
    • package list References/Dynamic section now displays process ids (PID) and image name for processes dynamically using the package

    • package list and provision list support --min-version=<VERSION> and --max-version=<VERSION> options
    • Fixed help displays (some commands displayed wrong help)
