✨ GUI/UX Overhaul (v3.0.16)

1. Crisp Hi-Res Icon

  • Replaced blurry 256×256 icon with a sharp 512×512 design
  • Generated multi-resolution .ico (16/32/48/64/128/256px)
  • Icon now matches the app branding across taskbar and desktop

2. In-App Update Download

  • No more external browser for updates
  • Click "Update Now" → downloads the installer directly inside the app
  • Shows download progress percentage in real-time
  • Automatically launches the installer when done
  • Works from both the top banner AND Settings modal

3. Update Banner at Top of App

  • New amber notification bar appears below the header
  • Shows "Update available: V{x.y.z}" with an "Update Now" button
  • Dismissable with ✕ button
  • No longer buried in the processing log

4. Visible Settings Button

  • Changed from invisible transparent text to a proper styled button
  • Dark background (#334155) with border, bold text, and gear icon

5. Visible Auto-Detect Toggle

  • Toggle thumb changed from white (#FFFFFF) to dark gray (#64748B)
  • Track changed from light gray to medium gray (#94A3B8)
  • No longer blends into the white card background
