Buttplug Valley v1.3.3 Beta

Small mini update to deal with situations where vibrations are stuck on.

if you are still having the stuck issue, please report this to me on twitter @DryIcedMatcha or on bluesky @DryIcedMatcha.bsky.social

Pressing P then K on the keyboard should temporarily fix the problem! (stop vibrations key followed by reconnect key)

I would also love more feedback on everything honestly!

Changelog:

• Added a safety timer to stop individual vibrations that have been going for more than 3 seconds (no vibration event should naturally trigger this)
• Small tweaks to certain events
