  • require HTTP Basic Auth when accessing /metrics
  • changed port from 9101 to 9100
    • when on the same machine as prometheus simply expose the port and use "<SERVICE_NAME>:9100"
    • when not on the same machine as prometheus map port to your liking using "ports:"
  • added snippet of prometheus.yml to readme
