  • exported data is not considered sensitive
    (unless you are measuring indoors and your device is accessible from the internet.
    in that case it's possible for anyone to track when a human is present!)
  • SSL/TLS is to much hassle to support (builtin? separate container? self signed? ...)
  • exporter should only be available locally
