New features:

• Extrusion units are now dynamic (i.e. either in or mm depending on current config)
• Allow uncritical menu items to be hidden
• Tool grouping criteria can be changed
• Mixing options on the dashboard can be turned off for tools with multiple extruders

Changed behaviour:

• If bed/chamber heaters have diverging state/active/standby values, those items are no longer displayed as a group even if configured
• Active/standby controls for single bed/chamber groups use first heater's taget values

Bug fixes:

• If a message box was open before a reconnect event, it wasn't automatically displayed again (thanks blaggacao)
• Fixed variable scope in "Indent Comments" feature
