The .htacess file will redirect all request to the index.php
and changing the url 

from 
http://localhost/CodeSplitting/index.php/ or
http://localhost/CodeSplitting/about.php/

to
http://localhost/CodeSplitting/ as home page
http://localhost/CodeSplitting/about as about page
