Release 1.11 - Wider Blender version support

• Now works with Blender 4.0 and beyond
• Still retains existing compatibility with Blender 3.1+

Release 1.10 - added units conversion

I realized that SMF files use feet as their primary unit
1.0 = 1 foot

This converts to proper units when importing/exporting so things don't appear arbitrarily scaled.
