• Match Claude Code 2.1.220's user OAuth refresh request profile by sending the required oauth-2025-04-20 beta and Anthropic SDK 0.94.0 user-agent, fixing 403 Request not allowed responses after access-token expiry.

Verified with a real refresh-token rotation, persisted credentials, and successful post-refresh Anthropic inference.
