Fixed an issue where the 'Reset Colors on Desktop Focus' setting incorrectly forced the crosshair to turn off when alt-tabbing to the desktop.\n- Dramatically improved the crosshair and sniper zoom's Z-order heartbeat frequency (from 1000ms to 250ms) to ensure it never falls behind other windows in Borderless mode.
