Highlights

  • Splits keyboard height into separate portrait and landscape controls in Settings.
  • Migrates the old shared height value into both new orientation-specific height values so existing layouts keep their current size after updating.
  • Removes the internal landscape height cap so the landscape height slider works predictably.
  • Adds a comma-key shortcut: long-press , to open Re:TUI Keyboard settings while normal tap still types ,.
  • Includes split keyboard and orientation height settings in keyboard profile backup and restore.

Validation

  • ./gradlew :app:assembleDebug :app:assembleRelease testDebugUnitTest
  • Verified retui-keyboard-v0.1.5-minified-signed.apk with apksigner.
  • Installed the release-signed minified APK on device 10BE1C0FB40006A.
  • Verified versionName=0.1.5, versionCode=6, apkSigningVersion=4, and no DEBUGGABLE flag on the installed package.

Install Notes

  • Use retui-keyboard-v0.1.5-minified-signed.apk for release-signed installs.
  • Android will not install a debug-signed APK over a release-signed APK, or the reverse, because the signing certificates differ.
