PerformanceEvidenceProbe v0.2.0

Qualified release candidate: c58a48853bc221e11ce0fb0c8781db3da96372f8 (tree 82516148480e4505f660f2508fdb1d2526551b3d).

Qualified targets

  • Windows x86_64 (x86_64-pc-windows-msvc): full-accounting direct-root run and observation-only attach.
  • Linux x86_64 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu): bounded direct-root run and observation-only single-root attach.
  • macOS arm64 (aarch64-apple-darwin): bounded direct-root run and observation-only single-root attach.

The schema remains perf-evidence-v2-draft. Numeric zero is distinct from unavailable evidence. Non-equivalent platform metrics are typed semantic omissions; semantic_mismatch, authority_unavailable, and sampling_degraded are not conflated.

Linux and macOS do not claim complete descendant/process-tree ownership, Job accounting, FD-to-handle equivalence, Windows private-byte equivalence, Windows-shaped I/O, or commit equivalence. Signal outcomes are terminal metadata, not synthetic exit codes.

Assets

SHA256SUMS.txt binds the three product binaries to this candidate. perf-workload is a test fixture and is intentionally not distributed. LICENSE-MIT, LICENSE-APACHE, and THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md are included for redistribution obligations.
