Licences for third-party components.docx needs to be picked up from svn/dyalog/<branch>/docs/licences rather than svn/docbin/<branch>

Currently for 21.0 onwards the Licences for third-party components.docx file lives in the docbin repository.

It now lives in the dyalog repository in svn/dyalog/branches/21.0/svn/docs/licences and svn/dyalog/trunk/svn/docs/licences.

Can you please alter the scripts used to update the docs website so that they pick the files up from the new location.

Note: I suspect that we're already checking out such as svn/dyalog/branches/21.0/svn/docs as I believe the two readmes are on the website, and they live in svn/dyalog/branches//docs/readmes.

Let me know if you want my help with this .. I seem to recall that I wrote the original script !

The file needs to be added to https://docs.dyalog.com/21.0/files/

The filename should remain Licences for third-party components.docx.
