Problem Navigator 2.2.0 restores the independent court review and strengthens the evidence-to-deliverable gates.
- Hosts that support Agent Team must enable and use Team. Hosts without it use independent manual Sessions for the roles. The main session coordinates references and status; a separate judge reviews the sealed debate.
- Candidate papers are completed independently before exchange. Challenges, responses and verdicts are bound to the current evidence and checked before downstream work. No single-session court fallback; DIRECT is limited to one candidate without an explicit court requirement.
- Evidence coverage, inference bases, readiness limitations and accepted document files receive additional validation.
- English and Chinese READMEs explain the workflow's core quality ideas and practical host requirements.
- The research transport enforces the total call deadline across blocked reads and retry waits.
One portable runtime ZIP serves the supported host integration paths. MIT license. Older incomplete decisions must return to selection for a real review; the update does not invent missing review history. Hosts remain responsible for actually creating isolated role contexts; record validation does not certify that behavior or factual truth.
Validation: 716 local tests passed on Windows with Python 3.12.9. The released ZIP passed actual direct and declared stdio startup checks, runtime/schema validation and private-reference scanning. These are not live provider or all-host end-to-end tests.
Problem Navigator 2.2.0 恢复独立法庭审查，并强化从证据到交付文档的检查。
- 支持 Agent Team 的平台必须启用 Team；不支持的平台使用手动独立多 Session。主 Session 只协调引用和状态，独立法官审阅封存辩论。
- 所有候选立场独立完成后才交换。质询、答辩、裁决绑定当前证据，并在下游推进前校验。法庭不允许单 Session 降级；只有单候选且未明确要求法庭时才允许 DIRECT。
- 增强证据覆盖、推断依据、就绪限制项及已验收文档文件的检查。

继续只提供一个通用运行资源 ZIP，采用 MIT 许可证。旧版缺少审查记录的决策需要返回选型进行真实审查，不会补造历史。宿主负责实际创建独立角色上下文，记录校验不能证明会话隔离或事实真实性。
验证：Windows、Python 3.12.9 下 716 项本地测试通过。发行 ZIP 通过直接启动与声明式注册两种实际 stdio 检查、运行资源/结构校验及私有参考扫描；这不代表线上服务商或所有宿主均通过端到端测试。
