First published version of the rulebook and plugin.

• Rulebook: 41 rules across 10 domains (storage, rounding, idempotency, ledger design, FX, time, aggregation, taxes, API/serialization, testing), each with per-language detection and fixes for JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Java, false-positive notes, and at least two authoritative sources. CI-validated format.
• Plugin: the /fintech-roast:roast skill scans for money surfaces, fans out one auditor per domain, adversarially verifies every finding, and reports with rule citations. Read-only.
• Evals: planted-bug fixtures in three languages with published results, misses included. TypeScript cold scan: 86% recall. Blind mixed Python run: 86% recall, 0 surviving false positives.
• npm package fintech-roast@0.0.2 (the rulebook), first publish via CI OIDC trusted publishing with provenance.
