Added Milestone 2 Error Handling.
This included:
• The pet database supports only 5 entries.
• The valid input for age should be between 1 and 20. None of our pets live move than 20 years.
• The input when adding pet must have two values: the name and the age.
• The ID input by the user must be an index of the array.

Added the ability to load from and save to a local text file.
