• reload() on the ref loads the image again (8b7933f), closes #204

Notes

• TypeScript: FastImage's ref and FastImageBackground's imageRef now take a FastImageRef (the native view, with reload()). A ref typed as a View's no longer compiles there (Property 'reload' is missing). Type it as a FastImageRef instead:
