Updating XML Documentation

Purpose

Updating xml documentation in doc\distrib\xml location Due that recently several nodes were added and documentation in cs files were updated we need to update the xml files in doc\distrib\xml location. So from now every time that a developer updates documentation in cs files they will get this changes in xml files and should be pushing the updated xml as a part of the PR.
