First usable desktop release: local projects, screenshot annotations, structured notes, AI context, PNG and ZIP exports.

Mac: download Imnota-mac.zip below (Apple Silicon and Intel), or use the one-command installer in the README. No development libraries are required.

The Mac release is ad-hoc signed, not Apple-notarised. If macOS blocks it, use System Settings > Privacy & Security > Open Anyway. Mac update notifications link to the new download; automatic installation awaits Apple Developer signing.

Verified: 13 automated tests, cross-platform packaging, Mac signature and architecture checks, recovery, a 100-image project, cropped PNG export, and installation from the public Mac download.
