QualityChecks Release Notes - v1.11.3

Release Status

Version 1.11.3 improves My Work queue visibility and keeps evaluation red-note previews synchronized with the latest saved notes.

This release includes:

• Managers and administrators can view all appropriate records on My Work queues, while other users see their own assigned work.
• Submission queues retain the canonical ownership values needed to correctly display Finalizing work to its assigned finalizer.
• Evaluation previews now show synchronized red notes instead of stale notes captured on an earlier submission.

Summary

QualityChecks v1.11.3 addresses queue visibility and red-note consistency issues reported across submission and evaluation workflows. My Work now applies the intended role-aware ownership scope, Finalizing records retain their assigned finalizer identity through table mapping, and inactive evaluation previews resolve red notes from the synchronized edition or magazine-issue source.

• Managers and administrators can see all records on My Submissions and all in-progress records on My Evaluations.
• My Work keeps non-elevated users scoped to their own submissions and evaluations without applying configurable submission-page access settings.
• Submission table rows preserve canonical designer and finalizer identities so Finalizing ownership filtering works reliably.
• Evaluation previews prefer the latest synchronized edition or magazine-issue red notes, falling back to the original submission detail only when no synchronized note exists.
