Use thor_trigger.exe in Releases

To create dist/thor_trigger.exe locally

pip install pyserial pyinstaller
pyinstaller.exe -w -i FaceValueDog50.ico -F --clean --add-data "FaceValueDog50.png;." thor_trigger.py
