First public release of EMS Material Manager.

• Qt desktop GUI and Python material-data management API
• Materials exchanged with eMotorSolution and EMSolution input.json as independent snapshots
• Canonical JSON import/export, material templates, property catalog, B-H curve editor, source controls, provenance, and validation
• English and Japanese user documentation

Initial packaged material data is limited to synthetic Examples. Third-party datasets are released separately with their own provenance and licensing information.
