First public release.
Stops ProTubeVR ProVolver / ForceTube kicks from breaking Valve Index controller tracking in SteamVR. Works in any SteamVR game, with controllers on separate dongles, and without the ProTube Companion App.
Install: unzip, close SteamVR, run install.bat. Uninstall: run uninstall.bat.
Tested on Bigscreen Beyond + Valve Index controllers + ProVolver in DOOM (KHARVOX). Not for Quest, Pico, PSVR2 or WMR controllers. Feedback from other setups is very welcome, so please open an issue.
