SONATA compatible

This version of the eo_processing package is fully compliant with the SONATA habitat mapping workflow. This release supports all openEO functionality to create the habitat maps for the SONATA project by BIOS. This release is the only to be used with the HASH spin-off for BIOS - the sonata_mapping package.
