Per Dave Wicher's request, I renamed 'src/util' to 'scripts' and created a new Bash and DOS cmd prompt script to run 'mvn test' to suppress the logSpecial noise.
Note: I think the permission still need fixed on these scripts to make them executable. Every time I did so via 'git' it would make me do 'git add' and then 'git commit' and when I did that, it kept removing them. Will fix it later, but if you plan to try to use it before them, you may need to 'chmod +x scripts/*' first under *NIX or MacOS.
