HapSolo2 GPU

This is a major rework of HapSolo2 with ODB native support and GPU support as well as new optimizers for althap classification. This includes the run of the mill inverted Hill Climber which is forward looking as well as an implementation of simulated annealing. The entire package has been put under a wrapper to ease usage along with singularity support

HapSolo 1.0

HapSolo has been completely refactored and has been throughly tested. I am sure there will be more bugs that may arise, but both algorithms random walker and steepest decline are generating results that either meet or exceed the software during publication.

This is the release of HapSolo for our publication
