1. New Architecture & Configuration

• Pydantic Migration: The configuration engine has been entirely migrated to Pydantic models. This ensures strict validation of configuration files (TOML) and prevents runtime errors caused by malformed rules.
• Enhanced TOML Logic: Introduced is_required (boolean) and cv_source_collection (string)

2. Refactored "Variable Registry" Checks

• Atomic Verification: Variable Registry validation is no longer a monolithic block. Variable attributes (e.g., units, standard_name) are validated via granular, loopable sections in the TOML configuration.
• Strict Detection: Implemented get_geophysical_variables to strictly ensure that exactly one geophysical variable is processed per file, eliminating ambiguity during validation.

3. New Module: Coordinate Validation

• Time Squareness Check ([TIME001]): Added an advanced check for time axis regularity.
• Coordinate Properties: Added strict type checking (coordinates must be float or int) and units validation for every detected coordinate variable.
• Bounds & Auxiliary: Validates the existence and consistency of auxiliary variables and declared "bounds".

4. CMIP7 Native Support

• Dynamic Registry Lookup: CMIP7 validation now uses the branded_variable global attribute to dynamically query the ESGVOC registry, removing the need for static mapping files.
• New Configuration: Introduced wcrp_cmip7_config.toml, fully aligned with the latest CMIP7 spécifications.
• Output Requirements: Added a specific check ([C7OR001]) to flag the use of the standard calendar and promote proleptic_gregorian.
