feat: add missing Dialect interface methods to MySQL dialect

- Add FullTextSearch method for MySQL full-text search syntax
- Add GetRandomFunction method for MySQL RAND() function
- Add GetDateFunction method for MySQL NOW() function
- Add GetJSONExtract method for MySQL JSON_EXTRACT function
- Ensure MySQL dialect fully implements the Dialect interface
