Improve ana4MIPs support in the new configuration

Description

Minor improvements to support data from ana4MIPs project, as it's used by a few recipes in ESMValTool.

Fixes part of ESMValGroup/ESMValTool#4293. Related to #2371.

Upgrade instructions

The name of the project is ana4MIPs, see e.g. https://reanalyses.org/tags/ana4mips. Using the name ana4mips in all lowercase is deprecated, and support for it will be removed in v2.16.0 of ESMValCore.
