Description

Adds a configuration file for the HPC system of SMHI at NSC (Freja) for data sources (CMIP, obs, ...)

many thanks @jlenh 🍺 AFAIK there is no centralized list with HPC configurations that we have - in the docs, they available from command line of course, so no need for docs.

many thanks @jlenh 🍺 AFAIK there is no centralized list with HPC configurations that we have - in the docs, they available from command line of course, so no need for docs.

Yeah I wanted to double check that because I was wondering if I needed to update the documentation somewhere (it's basically covered here)
But as you say, all the supported configs are returned by running esmvaltool config list so that should be fine.
