An onboarding starter kit for building a digital twin of yourself — a working model of your knowledge, judgment, and voice that can help with R&D.
This repository is a frame. It comes with structure, prompts, and one shared artifact to look at — but the contents are yours to fill. Nothing in here is scraped or pre-collected about you. You decide what goes in, one file at a time.
New here? Start with
DAY-1.md— a 30-minute on-ramp.Starting point: Monday. No rush to finish anything today. Read this page, open the map in
artifacts/, and fill in whatever's easy first.
A digital twin is not a copy of your files. It's a model measured from several independent directions until it locks into place — the same way a point on a map is fixed by taking bearings from three landmarks. If enough independent lines cross at the same spot, that spot isn't a guess anymore. It's confirmed.
We use three vectors, and each one becomes a layer of your twin:
| Vector | The question it answers | Twin layer | Folder |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identity | Where do you come from — what makes the model you and no one else? | Identity substrate | identity/ |
| Capability | What can you do — what do you know how to build, decide, judge? | Capability layer | capability/ |
| Values | Under what frame do you decide what's worth doing? | Values layer | values/ |
Fill the three folders and the point in the middle — you — comes into focus. That's the triangulation.
Open artifacts/triangulation-map/ — this is the interactive map we've already talked about, included here as our common starting point. It shows the same three-vector logic mapped onto a real place and lineage. It's the picture the rest of this repo is built from.

- Read the three folder READMEs. Each one explains its layer and gives you plain-language prompts.
- Fill what's easy first. A few sentences beats a blank file. You can always come back.
- Bring your own data on your own terms.
data-export/shows how to export data from accounts you control, if and when you want to add it. Nothing is required. - Commit as you go. Each file you add is one more bearing. The twin sharpens with every one.
- Consent-first. Everything here is contributed by you, about you. No third-party data gathering.
- You own it. This repo is yours. You choose what stays private, what's shared, and what's deleted.
- Nothing is mandatory. Blank is fine. Partial is fine. This is a frame, not a form.
