Warm N Dim v0.3.0 — First public beta

A tiny Windows utility that overlays a warm tint and super-dim layer on top of everything. Great for late-night coding, reading, or minimizing eye strain.

  • Two sliders: Warmth (blue-light reduction) and Dim (extra darkness beyond system minimum)

  • Always-on-top, click-through overlay that doesn’t block interaction

🧰 How to use

  1. Run the installer (WarmNDim-Setup-0.3.0.exe).

  2. Find Warm N Dim in the system tray.

  3. Click Open controls to adjust Warmth and Dim.

  4. Toggle Launch at startup if you want it to auto-launch with Windows.

✅ Requirements

  • Windows 10/11 (x64)

  • No admin rights needed

🔐 Security & privacy

  • No telemetry, no network calls except checking for updates (GitHub Releases).

  • Runs from the tray; close the controls window and it keeps working.

  • Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” once—choose More info → Run anyway.
