Transition issues with title, load, and event fade-in/fade-out

Windows, ver 0.6.2.1, also confirmed in latest continuous as of writing.

Details:

Trying out the latest Player build, I noticed that transitions didn't feel right. With some comparisons, I've found that the "fade in" speed for show screen events are slightly faster than they should be. This also seems to affect fade in on save loading.
I also noticed a few other oddities, thus I've provided a couple of videos to demonstrate them.

The videos below demonstrate the following:

• On game start, in RPG_RT the menu unfolds. In EasyRPG it does not.
  • (The video also shows EasyRPG doesn't have a fade-in on start, but this is only in debug (renaming the exe to RPG_RT and running through RM2k.)
• On selecting Load Game, the title graphic disappears during the transition.
• On pressing confirm on a save file, the save slots inherit the system graphic applied in the save file.
• On the loading of a save file, the transition is faster than it should be.
• On "hide screen" transition, the speed appears to be as expected.
• On "show screen" transition, the speed is faster than it should be.

A quick test of other transitions appeared to show that the speed difference only comes up with Fade In, and the fade if it is the default.
The fade in for menus (i.e. the one going to the load screen) appears to be the correct speed.

Notable issues mid-transition:
Left: during fadeout of title, title graphic is visibly cleared from the screen.
Right: during fadeout of load screen, save file's current system graphic is loaded and applied to save slots (but not the help window)

Wrong fade in speed of transition might be a bug in liblcf (chunk default), because it only happens when there is no dedicated setting.

I have some transfer events in my project that are more subtle than using a complete fadeout. By changing the transition settings where "Hide" is set to "Instantaneous", and "Show" is set to something else, this makes the transition blend with the existing screen.

Curiously, such cases avoid the speed problem, even though it involves a "show screen" state. So I ran a few tests.

Result: Show screen faster than in RPG_RT.

Running Change Screen Transition Instantaneous + Fade In on its own and then interacting with a default/transfer/default event also demonstrates the fade-in being faster. (And the "fade out" simply pauses the screen for 1/4 a second since it's set to instant. That part is the same in RPG_RT.)

Most of the issues mentioned here have been fixed during the development of version 0.7.0, but remaining are the fade-in issues (if the fade-in type is TransitionFadeIn). The cause is probably a (well hidden) bug in the transition code. You will notice two oddities if you set the default frame count to a very high value like 3600 (warning, transitions take 1 minute then) for testing: the fade-in of the title screen is much faster (takes only a few seconds) and the color shading is wrong during the transition. The fade-out upon exiting the game works as expected (correct speed and color shading).
